Michal gained experience in negotiating contracts and international contracts as a corporate lawyer in an IT company (Compass Communication a.s.), focusing on software development for domestic and foreign clients. He also later gained valuable managerial experience in the same company as an independent project manager, mainly in the areas of contract negotiation and management, project management, team leadership and related human resources management. In 2015, he started practicing as a trainee with attorney Marian Vařečka. During his practice, he also focused mainly on IT law, commercial and corporate law. Gradually, he also began to focus on real estate law (especially legal support for the development and operation of shopping centres) and on the legal provision of acquisitions and investment projects in which he participated in negotiating the legal and business terms of transactions.
Since 2020, he has worked as an independent lawyer and transaction advisor, in various positions he has participated in dozens of acquisition processes in the Czech Republic and abroad, and has also focused on energetics and photovoltaic power plants, development and commercial real estate, especially retail parks and shopping centres. He uses his legal and business experience in the legal support of architectural and design offices, in the comprehensive legal assurance of the life of investment projects and in the negotiation of related loan agreements with banks.
Michal holds a master’s degree in Applied Informatics from the Faculty of Informatics of Masaryk University and a master’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University. He has already come to the field of law with several years of experience from various managerial positions, and is thus able to use his experience from business practice in solving our clients’ legal problems.
In our current practice, the model of preventive protection of the client’s rights has proved its worth. Proper grasping of the problem at the very beginning and a proactive approach by legal advisers prevents subsequent complications and disputes, but mainly a lot of resources of the client. In this sense, our goal is to ensure permanent and error-free service for clients.
